CUSTOMER CHARTER

In support of the mission to make UMK of high commercial value in research and innovation, we provide professional services in managing the publication of quality scholarly works, marketing scholarly books, implementing programs related to publishing and design. The services provided meet the set standards. In addition, the diversity in book publishing in helping the development of collections at the National level as well as ensuring that the books published do not touch the sensitivities of various parties.

 

In performing marketing functions. We will make sure some things go smoothly. Among Them:

 

  1. Ensure that the payment of book sales received at the counter is the same as the receipt issued to the customer
  2. Ensure that every inquiry received via email, fax or whatsup is served within (7) working days.
  3. Ensure the goods are delivered within the stipulated period.
  4. Make sure the shipped goods arrive in good condition (no wrinkles or damage)
